Should I Go For MRI After Twisted Ankle?

Hi - I slipped and fell Friday morning and severely rolled my ankle. Initial x rays were negative at an urgent care clinic, I had significant swelling. I am a very active 48 yr old female, training for a 12 mile obstacle course race on May 10th. I have been on RICE treatment, taking 600 mg Advil 3x day. I am off crutches today able to put moderate weight on it. Still wearing a compression type of ankle wrap/brace.

I was going to try an see an orthopedic this week to better understand the extent of my injury so I know how to rehab it. Should I push for an MRI? Thanks, Kim
