Should I Go For Day 14 FET In This Cycle Inspite Of Decreased E.thickness?
Hi, My name is XXXXX aged 41, going for FET. Taking Progynava 2 mg (TDS), ARG-9 sechet(BD), Folic acid5 & Ecosprin-75(OD) from day one as prescribed by Dr., today on day 8 mt E. thicknes was 6.1mm, from day nine progynova dose increased to 2 tabs progy-2mg(TDS)(rest same) . In my previous Cycle (Jan-14) E. thickness was 6.7mm on day 12, thickness dropped to 6.1mm on day15 (Progy2 (BD)- for 8days---Progy2(TDS)4days---Progy2- 2tabs(BD) 3days . Should I go for day 14 FET in this cycle.
Hello In your previous cycle endometrium thickness reduced from 6.7 mm to 6.1 mm on day 15 , that was the reason that you didn't conceive. Now on day 8th endometrium thickness is 6.1 m and progynova dose has increased to 2 tablets . So now take the position be optimistic that endometrium size will attain 11 mm on days 14-15 . It is not possible to say at present whether it will attain the size required or not attain. Since you are 41 years so it is again very difficult to predict any thing. In my opinion consult one more fertility specialist and get his opinion as well as FSH/LH ratio examination. Good luck.
