Should I Go For Diabetic Medication?

I'm 50 yrs old. Was 165 lbsi lost 3lbs in past 3 days. I wastold I was a diabetic. I checked my sugar level at 9 and it was 134. I worried cause I feel light headed. What being new at this not if I'm eating right losing weight so fast. Is this of a serious concern. I'm not on any medication of my doctors request.

Losing weght so fast is matter of concern .' you said you are eating right ' There are many factors involved , like you mental state - worry ,anxiety eating habits and lack of exercise
Having been diagnosed with diabetes now you should be care full about your lifestyle.
First thing you should control your diet . Avoid -sugar in any form , rice , potato ,banana , carbs in any form and fats .
Take Bitter gourd ,gourd ,kundru ,soup of veg , green lentil ground nut and black gram , guava ,apple .bilva are good .

2 leaves neem & 2 leaves bilva take with water in the morning .
10 gm spoon full of fenugreek seed powder .
level Tea spoon of turmeric powder with hot milk before bed time 1-2 hour after dinner .
Remember 'Constipation is mother of all ills'

Exercise plays very important part in keeping the diseases at bay and regulates the function of pancreas which produces insulin .
Proper exercise , Yoga - PRANAYAM ,LONG WALK MEDITATION ,ALL HELP IN STRENGTHENING OUR SYSTEM TO STAY HEAlTHY EVER AFTER name of the disease may be any .
If you can follow this regimen regularly & religiously you need no medication .

But you must consult your medical practitioner for his immediate advice .
