Should I Go To ER For A Painless Lump In Elbow?

my cousin is 67 years old. She went about her normal routine today and in the early afternoon felt a lump near her elbow but with no pain and no rash. The lump seems to go away and then come back. Should she go to the ER or can she wait for us to visit with physician tomorrow? Thank you.

Hi.
IF there is no pain, no redness and the lump comes and goes away, she can wait to visit Physician tomorrow.
