Should I Go To Emergency If Having Lower Stomach Pressure, Light Vaginal Bleeding And Diarrhoea During 34th Week Of Pregnancy?
Im 34 weeks pregnant and Ive had lower stomach pressure for over an hour, I had very light vaginal bleeding but it has stopped and a lower back pain has recently started. Ive also had on and off diarrhea all day. Ive tried lying on my left side and drinking water. Should i go to the er since my dr office is closed?
with history of light vaginal bleeding and diarrhoea all day , there are chances of preterm labour. if the membranes are not ruptured , then we are safe, but if the abdominal tightening or contractions are appreciated in regular frequency say every 5 min and relieved by bed rest presently, the vaginal bleed can be termed as show and you are going into preterm labour. in both circumstances you must visit your obstetrician..you should visit er for an evaluatory check up and ultrasound and vaginal exam to check for cervical opening if at all. regards
