Should I Go To The ER For Persistent Fever Despite Taking Cephalexin For A Rash And Fever And Penicillin For Strep Throat?

The minute clinic doctor said I have strep throat. He gave me penicillins I had a rash break out on my arms and fever I will back he gave me different medicine Cephlaxen I still have a fever and feel like crap it’s been since 3 pm should I got to the ER
