Should I Go To The ER For The Chest Pain With Nausea And The Echocardiogram Shows The Ejection Fracture At 50%?

I am a 43 Y/O female and have been having chest pain / pressure on my left side of my chest followed with nausea, I just recently had a echocardiogram that showed my ejection fracture is working at 50% I also have a long history of problems with HIV which includes multiple embolism and Pulmonary hypertension Should I go to the ER???

Yes. Better to be evaluated for chest pain. Ejection fraction can not be used as guidance for the symptom mentioned by you.
