Should I Go To Urgent Care For Persistent Sharp Pain In Both Arms Given The Pain Has Lasted Despite Taking Acetaminophen And Using Ice?

I was laying with my girlfriend and she was laying on my left arm for a bit. When I got up, it started to hurt. This was around 2 in the morning. It began to be a sharp pain and I thought heat or smoking weed would help relieve it but it didn’t. The pain was from the elbow down to hand. I took 1000mg of acetaminophen and went to sleep. I slept on my stomach with arms up. When I woke around 6am, the pain was in both my arms and the same pain as earlier. I tried ice packs on them and that gave me some short term relief but that’s it. Now it’s 1pm and i’m still having pain. I plan to take more acetaminophen but the pain hasn’t subsided so I’m not sure what to do next and if i should go to urgent care.
