Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have raised ESR values.
SGOT is within normal limit.
Total protein and globulin level in blood are also normal.
Hematocrit level is satisfactory.
ESR is mildly raised.Normal level of ESR in females under 50 years old is 20.

There are many possible causes of an elevated ESR. ESR is a non specific marker.A specific cause cannot be determined based on ESR alone.Generally it is followed up with other tests to diagnose medical condition.
High ESR also indicates that person is having some infection in the body.
ESR will come down with control of infection.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
