Should I Lie Down Or Sit Up While Experiencing Palpitations And Chest Pain?

My heart is pounding really hard and fast...when i go to stand up it feels like a pulling in my chest... If i stand straight up the pain is really bad...i have to bend over to walk and theres a weird sensation in my teeth...like my bottom jaw... Should i lay down or sit up? Thx u

* As per my clinical experience, the issue is related to anxiety or underlying stress.
* I would recommend to feel more comfortable in a semi reclining position with a back support in chair in fresh air with deep breathing exercises.
* After 30 minutes of above , if the discomfort persists, get an EKG done.
