Should I Lose More Weight, Or Put On More Pounds ?

I am 20 years old, I weigh 106.5 pounds, and I am 5'4 in height...?
Is this healthy? Should I lose more weight, or put on more pounds? (I wish I could get taller, but unfortunately i can't. ):
