Should I Opt For Gamma Knife Radiosurgery Again For Vestibular Schwannoma?

I got GAMMA KNIFE RADIOSURGERY done on 17/08/2012 for VESTIBULAR SCHWANNOMA of 18* 22*17mm size. I received 13Gy to 50% Isodose through 14 target point. After six months the MRI report showed the same size BUT After a year now it has increased to 19*20*23mm. Should I go in fr Gamma Knife again

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
YOu must discuss with your Doctor as it depends on the symptoms , ie if you have developed any complaint and if your age and medical condition permits then surgery could be done and if not then gamma knife .
But surgery is better.
