Should I Remove My New Daith Piercing If It S Infected, Even Though The Piercer Says To Keep It In?

Hello I’ve had a daith piercing done in my ear and I’ve had to take flucloxacillin to get rid of the infection of the piercing because it’s a new piercing the piercers have told me not to take it out because the infection will go in the hole but the doctor advices me to take the earring out. I’d rather keep it in what should I do?
