Should I Restart Antibiotics For My Child Who Now Has Wet Cough And Mild Fever After Recent Cefpodoxime Treatment?

My baby is 2 years old now and he had 1 week ago high temp and stomach ache doctor prescribed cefpodoxime and after couple of days he is having on and off cough and mild fever ..now he is having wet cough with mild fever .. what to give should I start the antibiotic again
