Should I See A Doctor After Getting Punched In My Left Temple Leading To A Swollen Bump Along With Tenderness And Bruising At The Eye?

About 3 days ago, I got punched in my left temple, causing instant swelling and it looked like an egg was on the side of my head. I instantly started to ice it so in the morning, the swelling had went down. Although the corner of my eye didn t get hit, it is a bit bruised. My left temple is now very tender and I get a mild headache everyday so I take ibuprofen. Should I see a doctor? It s still very tender and if I press on it, it makes my head hurt.
