Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that the nail has separated from the bed.
It got infected, and oozing the pus. The nail is to be removed, and treated.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms after removal of the nail, ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratio peptidase, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
