Should I See A Doctor Now For Thumb Mobility Loss After A Fall, Or Wait For The Orthopedic Follow-up?

I fell at work. Went to an orthopedic doctor and got an x-ray that showed no broken bones he gave me a splint and told me to come back Wednesday to get another x-ray to see if there s any broken bones. Tonight I came home from work and lost some mobility in my thumb should I go to the doctors now or wait until the morning and go back to the orthopedic doctor for workman s comp
