Should I See A Neurologist Or An Orthopedist For Vertigo, Head Pressure, Brain Fog, And Dizziness That Began After A Neck Injury?

Hello Sir , I was in an accident 10 yrs ago and had a neck injury 2 yrs ago. Around the same time as neck injury I started having episodes of vertigo . lately im having different symptoms like pressure in my head , heaviness ,brain fog , dizziness etc . it feels lile my brain is not getting enough oxygen or blood supply how do i get tested ? Can a neurologist look into my symptoms ? Or do I see an orthopedic ? Please advice
