Should I See A Spine Doctor For Disc Protrusion, Facet Arthropathy, And Neural Foraminal Narrowing With Contact To The L5 Nerve Roots?

Hello, I had a MRI done which found the following: MULTILEVEL DEGENERATIVE CHANGES, FOR THE MOST PART WITHOUT ANY MEANINGFUL COMPROMISE OF THE SPACES, AS OUTLINED ABOVE. AT THE L5-S1 LEVEL HOWEVER THERE IS DECREASED DISC HEIGHT, DEGENERATIVE ENDPLATE CHANGES AND FAIRLY CONSPICUOUS POSTERIOR DISC PROTRUSION, WITH SPONDYLOTIC SPURRING. THERE IS ALSO SOME FACET ARTHROPATHY. THERE IS MODERATE RIGHT AND MODERATE-TO-SEVERE LEFT NEURAL FORAMINAL NARROWING. THERE IS CONTACT WITH THE EXITING L5 NERVE ROOTS BILATERALLY. It this something I should see a spine Doctor in Rehabilitation Medicine? Thank you for your time.
