Should I Seek Medical Help For Feeling Very Sick Post Meals After OTC Painkillers Overdose And Alcohol Intake?

I overdosed on Boxing Day and again on 4/5 January. I didn't seek treatment. Should I do so now? I have been drinking a lot of alcohol since. The first overdose consisted of Zopiclone, Co-codamol and Naproxen and a mix of over-the-counter painkillers. I don't know how much was taken, but quite a lot. The second time was about 50 over-the-painkillers. Since, I am finding that I feeling very sick after meals, even small ones.
