Should I Seek Urgent Care For Bloody Diarrhea For 3 Days With Vomiting, Fatigue, Headache, And Sore Throat?

3 days ago i got fever at night but it was gone in the morning. From that same morning i got blood diarrhea. I took rest at home and took some medicine. Then when i took the medicine i vommited... I started taking food like banana apple and rice. Then loose motion stopped but still blood comes. Note : blood is comming out everytime i go to toilet and i vommited 1 more time..... I am feeling so tired and headache..... My throat is sore...
