Should I Start Meftal-P Or Ibugesic Plus Once More When Fever Is Recurrent In My Child?
My 3.5 yrs old son is having fever that goes up to 102.7. We give him calpol 250 mg 3.5 mL but it takes more than one hr for the fever to break and is returning in 4 hrs today. Yesterday it returned in 6-8 hrs. Should i start Meftal-P or Ibugesic plus? Which is better?
