Should I Start Taking Bifilac For 3 Days Of Diarrhea, Occasional Vomiting, Mild Fever And Weakness?

i had diarrhea for 3 days (16th to 18th) and i vomitted once in every 24hrs. i ate one O2 for first 3 days n then on the 4th day i had 2 O2 tablets after food and ondem before food for vomiting. my fever Comes and goes in the evening only once of 99.1-99.7 since the past 2 days. today i havent passed any stool and haven t had any vomiting. what should I do? i feel fine but a bit of weakness. should I start bifillac?
