Should I Still Get An RT-PCR Test When I Am Recovering From Sore Throat And Fatigue With Treatment?

I am a 45 year old Indian diabetic patient. Last Wednesday, I had sore throat and right nostril was blocked. Couldn t under whether I had fever but was feeling cold in an AC room. I also had headache and tiredness. It is important to mention that it was also the first day of my periods....I isolated my self....As per doctors prescription I am taking Azee 500mg once daily and doxy100 twice daily along with zinc and other vitamis, I am also taking Montair LC once daily. I stay in Delhi and I have not been able to get Rt pcr test done I am staying without AC and I sweat. My nostrils especially the right one gets dried and blocked sometimes. I donot have sore throat but sometimes after sweating a lot I get it but it goes away. No headache also. Please advice
