Should I Still Go To The Hospital For An Incarcerated Inguinal Hernia Causing Severe Scrotal Swelling But Little Pain?

I have had an inguinal hernia for a while now, but recently it has caused my scrotum to become disturbingly large. It is now incarcerated but I still have bowel movements with no problem. I know that laparoscopic option is not even a possibility. It feels like a great deal of my small intestine is now in my scrotum. I have very little pain, though. I have a phobia of hospitals especially with the covid-19 pandemic. Should I go to the hospital in spite of all of this?
