Should I Still Need A RASPA Or Just A Medicine To Clean My Stomach?

I have been bleeding, and missed my menstruation on may. And then I had a 10 days of spotting around June 1-10. I tried to have an ultrasound and check up, by June 15, but the doctor said, I don t have a baby anymore. I m worried because what if it was too late? How would i definately know I have lost my baby? Should I still need a RASPA or just a medicine to clean my stomach?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy most concern and you have done the ultrasonography and it does not positive as long as pregnancy is concern, if it is still doubtful then better to get done the second opinion, if it is the miss abortion then it may needs evacuation (Surgical intervention) hope this information helps.
