Should I Stop Taking Acetyl-L-Carnitine While On Plavix, As I Read It Should Not Be Taken With Warfarin?

Hello, I had 2 stents implanted on December 15,2022 and I am now taking Plavix. I also take Acetyl-L-Carnitine. I read where Acetyl-L-Carnitine should not be taken with Warfarin. Is this also true of Plavix? Should I stop taking Acetyl-L-Carnitine until I m off Plavix, probably six months from now? Thank you for your time.
