Should I Suspect Dengue With Symptoms Of High Fever, Headaches And Bitter Taste In Mouth?

hi dr, i want to ask i have a fever (37.3), headache, and bitter taste in my mouth. Yesterday i go to clinic and dr suspected i have dengue but can it cause by lack of sleep as on monday i only sleep for 5 hours as i need to finish my thesis. After i submit my thesis, i eyes suddenly become watery and feel want to sleep for the whole day

Dengue is a viral illness. Most viral illnesses would be associated with fatigue, fever, possible muscle aches, headache, loss of appetite.

Dengue causes severe muscle aches and pain, eye pain, headache, fever.

It is possible that your lack of sleep would have caused your intense fatigue especially in the absence of any other symptoms.
