Should I Switch Treatments If My Athlete S Foot Has Worsened With Swelling, Itching, And Burning After Using Lotrimin XL For Two Weeks?

I Seem to have developed athletes foot. I started using Lotramin xl. I have been using it for almost 2 wks. Today my feet have swollen, and the areas between my toes and all of my big toes are swollen, itching and severe burning. Much wow mess than before. What should I use now?
