Should I Take Aleve For Protruding Vein Above Eye?

I ran I to a glass door nose first, pretty hard last night. My swolen nose, upper part only, has returned to normal. I woke up this morning to find a protruding vein above my eye, midway between my eyebrow and hairline and it runs into my hairline, protruding vein is about 1 long and the area is sensitive. Should I be concerned? Should I take Aleve or something?

It appears that you have injured your vein of the forehead between eye brow and hairline and there is seepage of blood along the side of vein. Nothing to worry. You will be alright with the passage of time.
