Should I Take Cudo Forte For Kidney Health Alongside My BP Medicine?

Hello please am 34 yrs old and my creatinine is around 350 and i just discovered i have high blood pressure and am on coveram plus 10mg and Doxazosin 4mg just close to a month now i started taking the drugs. So a nephrologist adviced in buy Cudo Forte also that it helps with the kidney .Please what is your take on this ?
