Should I Take Folic Acid To Regulate Prolactin Level?

im married for the last 6 months and have been taking folic acid from the last 2 months coz my prolactin(PRL) is 25.01 ng/ml i want to get pregnant but this month instead of the normal periods m getting black and brown dischage which is not heavy what is the reason? pls help me
