Should I Take Glycomet 500 Mg In My Condition?

Dear Dr, I am having the BP of 110/160 and triglycerides 199, FBS -150 and PPS - 266, other parameters are normal. I have adviced with exercise and medication of Glycomet 500 mg before and after food in morning and evening. Afternoon Tonact Tg. What is your suggestion

hello your blood pressure is quite high as well as suger with bp of 160/110 u wont be able to do heavy exercise i advise u shd start tab olmisartan 20mg/day then once ur bp is ok we can taper it off. for suger u can try exercise for one month if it is not controlled u have to increase or change diabetic drugs
