Should I Take Metformin 500 SR OD For Life?
Morning Doc, I am 53yrs old and am not diabetic but insulin resistance blood test results are not in line therefore my doc has prescribed me with metformin 500 sr od. Does this mean that I have to take this medicine for life. I have also changed my lifestyle to a healthy one ie exercing daily and eating right food. My ht is 65 inches and wt 80kg Am I on my way ro diabetes type 2. Pls advice
