Should I Take Rcinex Tablet After Breakfast?

i have lymphnodes in the intestine diagnised as tb, my doctor prescribed me forecox tablet for 2 months i have compleated the prescribed course and now iam having rcinex tablets once (morning) after my breakfast whether it is correct to have after the meals and also my doctor has advised me to take this tablet for six months i have already compleated the tablet for 3 months i have not visited my doctor for all these 3 months iam also having stomach pain frequently i have also done the CT scan of the abdomen region and the report is normal
