Should I Take Vit B6 And B12 To Conceive?

Hi my name is Beth. My husband and I have been trying everything for the past 2 years to conceive and I have recently read all sorts of things about taking vitamins B6 and B12. My questions are should I be taking both of these when trying to conceive and if so how much of which one? Your answers would be greatly welcomed and appreciated.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Vitamins tablets helps the general health and there is no specific role in infertility.

Consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated. Conditions like PCOS must be ruled out as it is the major cause for female infertility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
