Should I Take XET CR Plus For Anxiety?

Respected Sir,

I suffering Anxiety Problem last 4 years. I am 32 years Old, Height 5’ 8’’, Weight 64Kgs. I taking a medicine XET CR PLUS 25. I always thinking I have a some problem IN MY HEART. I am really afraid about my heart last 4 years. I already done ECG 3 times in the year 2008-2010 result as normal. I already checked up my heart 6 doctors (4 doctors are M.D & 2 Doctors was Cardiologist). I am really worried about my heart whole day,& night. I am feeling little pressure in left side in my chest & left arm. My pulse rate is normally 60-93 when I smoked my pulse rate is going on between 100 and 116. I have no problem like Walking, Hard working etc. my BP IS 120/80. Is it My Heart Problem ? if not what will I do. Please Suggest me.

I think, you have anxiety disorder and in that case, all cardiac investigations would come normal. Better to consult a psychiatrist and continue with xet-cr. It would help to control such symptoms. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR.
