Should I Take A Flu Vaccination This Year If Had A Taken It Last Year ?

I take a flu shot every year. I want to know if I need to take the flu shot this year when the vaccine strains are the same as last year. Do our immune systems remember all vaccine strains that we take every year? Thank you.
