Should I Take A Pregnancy Test After Delayed Periods ?

Hi,Am 24 years,Jan 20 is my last period date and till know i didn t get my period.I toke the pregnancy test on Feb 28th but the result is negative.Till know i didn t get my period,again when i have to take the pregnancy test?
