Should I Take A Pregnancy Test Before My Date Of Periods?

my boyfriend and i started having sex about a month ago (every day, 2 or 3 times a day since then). we have been using the pull out method but there was a couple of times that he accidently ejaculated in me, now i have alot of symptoms of pregnancy. my boobs feel really heavy and sensitive, i get sick like all the time, my whole body aches, i have to go to the bathroom like twice every hour, my vagina is getting really tight, things like that and i had a period a couple of weeks ago. i just want to know what i should expect when i take a pregnancy test or if its even worth taking one

Hello dear
I understand your concern
There is high chance of the pregnancy as you have multiple unprotected sex.
Urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG will help in the diagnosis.
Urine pregnancy test will give positive result 8-10 days after the delayed period,
If you will do before the expected period date then it will give false negative test.
If you want to detect the early then blood HCG will detect the pregnancy even 10 days after the sex and it is more accurate then the urine pregnancy test.
I advice to to consult the Gastroenterologist for better evaluation and undergo following investigation:
Stool microscopy and culture
Blood tests: Full blood examination, LFT, ESR, and
serological testing for coeliac disease
Abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy to rule out the ulcer and colonoscopy.
Hydrogen breath testing to rule out malabsorption.
Doctor will give following advises:
Take solubel fiber like ispagula husk. if not responds then laxative like sorbitol and lactulose will help
Avoid spicy diet , take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Anti diarrheal: loperamide.
SSRIs and atypical anti psychotic:fluoxentine, clozapine.
anti spasmodic like mebeverine and dicyclomine
Sporolac sachet
Avoid stress and do regualr exercise like walking and yoga.
Hope this may help you
