Should I Take A Second Opinion For A Depressed Fracture Of The Anterior Maxillary Sinus?

My son has recently suffered a 5mm. depressed fracture of the anterior maxillary sinus. We live in a small town with limited resources. The local ENT does not recommend surgery to repair the fracture. I am wondering if I should go to a nearby city for a second opinion. What is usually done for these type of injuries?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The fractured maxillary sinus wall can be treated by open reduction and internal fixation. Better you consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it treated.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
