Should I Take My Toddler To The ER If He’s Vomited Light Green Substance With White Chunks Four Times, Has Chills, And Is Drinking Gatorade?

hi, my son is 2 years old and at around 2:30am he threw up a light green substance with white chunks. He doesnt have a fever and he gets the chills after he throws up. He threw up already 4 times about an hour and a half apart. He drinks the gatorade we give him but we dont know if we should take him to the emergency room or wait a little to see if it goes away.
