Should I Take Treatment For Bilirubin Level Of 1.3 And ALT 41?

I just got the results from my health fair blood test. My bilirubin was 1.3 and my ALT was 41. I am 54 years old and female. I take ibuprofen for restless leg and arthritis 4-5 times a week. I drink alcohol socially...not daily by any means. Should I be concerned?

Dear friend .. appreciate your concern for the blood report!!! I think with out any symptoms .. you need not worry for this mild rise ... you please take nutritious diet rich in green leafy vegetables , fruits , fish , nuts, dry fruits etc.. please limit carbohydrate diet and consume more of protein ... some times mild fatty liver could be the reason... you need not worry right now but recheck after 6 months .. and get back to us with the report ...
thank you ....
