Should I Try Vizylac For Stomach Discomfort For Two Weeks With Mild Fever, Mucus In Stool, And Trouble Eating Meat Or Vegetables?

Hi I am having some stomac problem. I get hungry but can not consume meat, fish or green vegetables, which gives me stomac discomfort. Stool contains a bit mucus, I suppose. Get a bit temp in the evening (98-99C) This is for last two week. Blood tests, USG don t show any abnormality. Someone suggested Vizylac tabs. Kindly advise.
