Should I Use Cosmolite Cream With Hydroquinone, Mometasone, And Tretinoin For Pigmentation Despite Negative Reviews?

Hi Doctor I got pigmentation and I did a yellow peel and looks better. My dermatologist advised me to use Cosmolite cream consisting of Hydroquinone, Mometasone and Tretinoine. I am reluctant to use as I read so many bad reviews about it. Please advise
