Should I Visit Hospital For Small Gushes During Third Trimester?

I am 35 weeks & 2 days pregnant. For a little over an hour now, I have been having small gushes of what seems like water. I have a pad on & have only had to change it once. This is my second pregnancy & I am not having any pain, cramps or contractions. Should I go to the Hospital or just contact the on-call ob-gyn?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
in my opinion you need to visit your gynecologist as soon as possible.
it can be just an increased discharge or your waters might have got ruptured and in latter case you will need antibiotic coverage and per vaginum examination.
Take care and wish you all the best.
