Should I Wash The Rectum With Vinegar And Benzoyl Peroxide For The Itching?

I had an appointment today with my dermatologist due to an itch in my rectum. I was diagnosed with MSSA after the doctor took a q-tip to my rectum and submitted to a lab. The doctor request I wash my rectum with vineger and benzoil peroxide. Your thoughts?
