Should I Worried About The Raised Clavicle And Tenderness In Shoulder?

I almost fell on ice about a month and a half ago and noticed my clavicle the next day looked raised. I has gone down a bit but still seems bigger than the other. My shoulder and arm are tender since and recently at a massage the therapist noticed tightness in the tendon on my right upper back which made the pain a little worse. I also have tendonitis of the hand on the right side and got a shot a few months ago which improved it but it is now coming back with a locking sometimes in one of the fingers. I have a very high deductible and just want to treat myself now but not worry that it is something worse.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, there may be a fracture of the clavicle, You may need to have an X ray, for diagnosis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.if fracture is not there you may go for medical treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
