Should I Worry About A Lump In The Ear, During Pregnancy, Above Jawbone That's Causing Pain And Headache?

Hi. I'm 35 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I noticed a small, slightly painful lump in front of my right ear, above my jawbone. Today it's a bit more painful & causing a headache & some pain in my jaw. Can this be addressed at my next Ob appointment or is it urgent ?

Hello,
It is my pleasure to help you,
I have reviewed your history, as you are having small lump in front of your right ear which is painful. The symptoms are suggesting of some infection.
As you are pregnant you should be very careful before taking any medicine. For immediate relief I may suggest you to put some warm pads over the lump it may reduce the pain and swelling.
I would advise you to consult your obstetrician for examination and you have to take medicines only on his/her advise.
Thank you.
