Should I Worry For The Bulging Veins Due To A Ganglion Cyst That Sits On My Wrist Now ?

Hi, I have a ganglion cyst that sits on a vien on my wrist now its been a year and a vien is pulging up visible on the top right hand just lower than the cyst..Should I be worried?
